Disney Princess Cake for 1st Birthday
This Cake is near and dear to my heart, because it is the first (of many) donations I will be making to a non-profit organization called Birthday Dreams in Renton, Washington. This is for a 1st Birthday for Ezra, a little girl in need. I was only told that they wanted chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting and it was a princess theme. Well here you have a 2 tier chocolate with cream cheese frosting and wrapped in pink fondant cake. Her favorite colors are pink and yellow and I did use non-edible princess stickers as I did not have the time to do justice to these lovely princesses :) I added a fondant crown at the top with a string of pearls and also flowers around the cake.
Upcoming Cakes
Just a quick update on what I have coming up this month. I need to snap some pics of my cake pops I just started experimenting with. I have a Hello Kitty cake for a little girl, a baby shower cake, and several Halloween cakes and cupcakes. Ending the month with a Dora cake....lots of girly cakes this month!!

Construction Birthday Cake
Construction meets Swamp Loggers Cake. Triple layer white cake with whipped chocolate ganache filling and loads of buttercream frosting. Everything is edible! The logs are solid chocolate, the dirt is a mix of crushed chocolate graham crackers, oreos, chocolate shavings and cocoa puffs. The trees are modeling chocolate and fondant, with rice krispie treats for volume. The trucks/rigs are rice krispie treats, modeling chocolate and fondant.
